Dry aging takes time, a keen eye for quality and a precise technique for the perfect ripening climate. We have it. A proper dry-aged steak is expensive and usually found at only the best steakhouses.

This steak has been dry aged for at-least 45 days, but usually for 55-65 days.

Our USDA Prime Steaks are the best Angus beef has to offer. This means you will always get beef with moderate marbling, grade "A' maturity and it is sourced specifically from a few specific farms in the MidWest.

Great Flavor

Product arrived in Michigan packaged excellent. Everything was still hard frozen and packaged great.

The flavor of the Ribeye (45 days dry aged) was great, really good concentrated beef flavor.

I cooked the ribeye reverse dear over Fogo lump at 250 until the internal temp reached 125°. Pulled it and opened all the vents returned it for a final sear.

Very good.

I will purchase these again .
