This product has been DRY aged for 21+ days to improve flavor and tenderness and WET aged between 30-50 days. 

This burger is a proprietary mix of  chuck, short rib, brisket + new york strip and Ribeye. The brisket is Dry Aged for 21+ days, the NY and RibEye for about twice that.

A burger made of high quality brisket (Prime/Wagyu) Dry Aged for 21+ days. What else can you ask for? This is the kind of burger you will find at a very high end steakhouse or one of those very cool craft burger places.

Brisket burgers

Cooked the dry aged brisket burgers in my cast iron skillet and they were awesome. They had a nice crispy outside and were nice and juicy inside. 2 pieces of American cheese and perfect. I will be buying these again. SO GOOD!!

Great Brisket burgers

My first time eating brisket burgers. I cooked them on my Big Green Egg and they came out great. Topped with cheddar and bacon they were juicy and flavorful! That said, my favorite is still Meat n Bone’s half pound prime beef burgers which are as good as any steakhouse burger I have had. The brisket is simply a different “flavor”. Worth a try and see which is your favorite!
