The tenderloin is the most lean, tender part of the animal... but Wagyu Filet Mignon is special. Wagyu cattle are naturally predisposed to develop more marbling, that succulent webbing of creamy, high quality fat.
Our filets are hand-cut as Chateaubriand and are just amazing... you could eat these with a butter knife... thats how soft they are.
Best for: Grilling, Braised, Pan-Seared
Best Cooked: Medium-Rare, Medium
We suggest to cook it quickly over high heat, so that the exterior becomes nicely browned while leaving the interior juicy and medium rare.

Anniversary Gift
My parents just celebrated there 40th anniversary and wanted to get them something special . Placed order with meat n bone was here next day , cooked them the following weekend , they were butter soft filets and delicious to boot . Will definitely be ordering again !
