This is what a Surf & Turf is supposed to look like. One massive 26oz USDA Prime Porterhouse (wet aged for 30 days) and 2 lobster tails (12-14oz each).

Out Porterhouses are sourced from the US Midwest. It is the bigger, more premium brother of the "T-Bone" steak. It is much thicker and has much more of the tenderloin relative to the loin portion.
Porterhouse steaks are not often sold at Supermarkets because they are expensive and usually served at very good restaurants.
