The Ribeye is considered to be the most juicy and dense steak in a steer. Its marbling and tenderness is the secret to its perfectly juicy and bold steak flavor.
Ribeyes originate from the Rib primal section, though they’re actually cut from the eye of the subprimal section called the Prime Rib. Hence the name Ribeye.
Meat N' Bone carries over 12 different variants of the RibEyE. USDA Choice (CAB), USDA Prime, Wagyu-Angus, Wagyu BMS7+, Wagyu A5 and Grass Fed. These cuts can be experienced boneless and bone-in, cowboy style or tomahawk style... as a steak or roast. They can also be aged for 15, 30 , 45 or 60+ days... sometimes we even carry steaks aged in spirits.
We have designed this experience for a group of 10. Our Grill Master will cook a series of our top RibEyes for you and your friends.
One of the coolest things about our experiences is that you and your guests will be able to talk to our very knowledgeable grill masters about the different cuts you are about to eat. These guys know what they are doing... we only schedule our most experienced Grill Masters for these type of services.
