The Turkey Breasts come from free-roaming Nicholas breed turkeys which are exceptionally tender and juicy. Grown in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, these birds are fed a vegetarian diet of farm-local corn, rye, oats, alfalfa, and soybean meal.
These birds are raised to the specifications of the “Never Ever Program”, where antibiotics, hormones, and steroids are never used.
These humanely raised Turkeys are fork-tender, both the breast and legs!
HOW TO COOK IT
We recommend having a good meat Thermometer and perhaps an injector. You can roast it, braise it or smoke it. Turkey breast is healthy and delicious.
