- Dry Aged Brisket Burgers (4 Patties): This burger is a proprietary mix of chuck, short rib, brisket + new york strip and Ribeye. Primarily made with Dry Aged Brisket Chuck aged for 21+ days, the NY and RibEye for about twice that.

- Wagyu Burgers (4 pack): This is a REAL Wagyu burger, not a mix. It is made 100% from Domestic Wagyu from Colorado. 

- A5 Miyazaki-Gyu Burger Patties (2 pack): Burgers made out of the best beef known to man. A5 Miyazaki-Gyu.
