This is the new version of our previously sold Fuji Narihara Gyuto.
This is a very good entry-level knife that will be a great asset for any chef or line cook. It is constructed with a good quality stainless steel, mono steel constructed line made with Molybdenum Vanadium blended steel and the handles are made with durable POM material that won't crack or shrink.
The knife is manufactured in China under strict Japanese guidelines, then it is shipped to Sanjo City, Japan where the finishing work and inspection happens. This way, they produce a VERY good knife for half the price of the Tojiro DP line.
