    This is a spectacular cheese, it is divine. Made by Breemster in Holland from pasteurized cow's milk and aged for over 26 months.

    pungent!

    perhaps an effect of the long travel distance, perhaps a side effect of being frozen and thawed in transit

    but holy cow, this is a Pungent cheese with a taste to match. as with a lot of aged cheese its gamble on if to your taste or not, this one wasn't a winner for us but it might be for you if you're into a cheese that doesn't skip leg day.

    A very unique cheese

    This cheese is wonderful! I'm not a wine drinker so I don't usually enjoy cheese by itself but wow the flavors and textures! It has crunchy bits that surprises the palate with a slightly salty flavor explosion! Definitely recommend as I've eaten this with craft beer as well as made a grilled cheese.
