    Yes! Pork Picanha! Since we started Meat N' Bone, we had the idea of creating this product and becoming pioneers in such a delicacy cut… we love Pork, we love Picanha… so, why not Pork Picanha?.

    As butchers, we couldn't explain why nobody had done it before and the reason is simple, it is a very craft cut that requires skills, patience, and love for what you do. 

    This piece is true "Farm to table", it comes from our friends at Ferry Farms in Michigan. This is heritage pork and it is actually one of the best pork programs in the country. Strong genetics, good feed, and a lot of love.  This is truly a unique product that you will not find anywhere else.
