Short Rib Plate (3 Bone) | G1 Certified

It's hard to find a good short rib but not only have we done this, we've found a GREAT beef short rib plate cut into a size that is manageable (3 bones).
Remember that they are best cooked low and slow. We recommend just adding salt and placing in a slow cooker/smoker/crockpot for 4-8 hours. The meat will fall off the bone.
What Makes Our Beef Short Rib Plate Special?
Our Short Rib plate is G1 certified sourced from independent farms in the US Midwest. These short ribs are highly marbled and full of flavor. These short ribs will be slightly smaller than what you will find at your local butcher? Why? Well it is the G1 certification. Also, we actually trim them slightly because we do not want to sell our customers a thick layer of fat.
Our cows will never exceed 1,050 lbs which is the weight of a healthy cow. In fact, prior to GMOs and modern mass production practices steers rarely broke 1,000 lbs. The average cow at your local shop will come from a program where cows may weight all the way up to 2,000+ lbs.
What does that mean? Larger and thicker short rib plates.
But larger and thicker short ribs do not make better short ribs. Our short ribs will hold their own even when compared against Wagyu short ribs from the best programs in the US. From a price / value proposition, this product is amazing!!!

Best quality I have cooked!!!
I have ordered twice from meat n bone and my second order never arrived and it was not meat n bone fault. But they took care of the situation with no hassle and I am very thankful for that. Also because of this I’m now a customer and will always be coming back to them.
These were hands down best I have ever cooked. They have just the rite amount of marbling not to much and not to little if your in the middle range of how much fat you like. I would say these G1 certified Is the best middle range for anyone who maybe eating these.
I had a small party of 6 adults and these 6-8 pound plate was just enough for everyone and a few had seconds. No one at the party had ever had these too before and they were amazed at how good they were they want more at next party.
I cooked these on the new pitboss 1150 generation 3 and I cooked these on 250-275 degrees for about 8-10 hours. I have done two of these now one was no wrap for 9-10 hours and if came out awesome after I hit a 200-210 internal and was prob tender. The other one I did I wrapped towards the end around 170 internal and it was just as good but I almost prefer taking it all the way with no wrap running smoker at 275-300 degrees.
Just get these and get the bigger ones 6-10 pounds you won’t regret it.

Superb
G1 version of this short rib plate is superb. Juicy with lots of marbling. IMO this beats the Wagyu version as the Wagyu version is a bit too fatty for my taste.

Amazing product
Could not be happier with the quality of these ribs. Will absolutely buy more in the near future. I would also like to add that the customer service meat n bone provides is outstanding . The indiviualiezd attention they provide is fantastic
