Short Rib is one of the most flavorful steaks in the steer. Extremely marbled and tender. Cooked properly, these English cut short ribs could run for the most flavorful cut of beef in a steer.
English Style ribs are cut parallel to the bone, with one bone per piece. They tend to hold their shape even after a long braise and make an impressive presentation.
English Short Ribs are usually cooked slow and low, however, some of our staff have been seen cooking them to perfection in an air fryer.
Best for: Braised, Crockpot
Best Cooked: Medium, Medium-Well, Well Done

Braised short ribs
A few had little meat on the bone and one didn’t break down in the braise because it had way too much marbling. I bought 5 packages for 5 people., which should have been enough because they cook down so much. I had to go to a local market and buy 4 more ribs and I am glad I did.

Korean style marinade on some of the best beef I’ve ever had
So well packed selected and shipped! Excellent quality! Unsurpassed flavor. A twenty four hour sous vide cook made it incredibly tender. Well worth the cost. I will be shopping at meat and bone again. I just wish that oregon was a little closer to Florida so that I could visit your store in person.
