First time Boar

I overcooked, but enjoyed the meat. Good flavor.

Wild Boar fillet

Better than a pork chop.

Cooked simply; Salt, Pepper and fry in butter.

Cooked to 130 and rest for 7-10 mins.

Enjoy

Weekend barbecue

Soooooo good. Personally I like if less than well done, but I guess it is a matter of taste. And somehow it taste just a good as a left over the next day. All I add is coarse salt and pepper nothing else.
