The Arm Roast is part of the Chuck, and it has extremely robust flavor. It is moist and extremely tender when braised for pot roast. May also be roasted in oven and sliced thin.
It definitely is not for grilling, but like most roasts it is amazing if you cook it slow over low heat... be it in a smoker or a crock-pot.
