These are made by a third party and will be labeled as "Iberico Pork", but considering it is an American raised hog we would rather call it what it is. This is an AMAZING sausage made with Pork that tastes like NO OTHER. The spices are just the perfect finishing touch.
The traditional butifarra has pork, salt and pepper. This one also has cumin and a hint of nutmeg
