We spent a long time choosing the wines we would sell, looking (and drinking!) far and wide for the best possible wine at three different price points.
Caymus needs no introduction for those who know wine, produced under the winemaking hand of Chuck Wagner it is considered the Miyazaki A5 of wine. It has aromas and flavors which can only be achieved through “hang time” – a technique which chances the loss of crop if early winter sets in. Leaving the fruit to “hang” on the vine unusually long develops suppleness, increases color, and matures the tannins of the grapes.
Why do we sell it? This is one of the best wines produced in California. This is for those who love, appreciate and are willing to pay for good things.
We recommend letting aereate for a good 45-60 minutes.
