We will host guests to try Japanese Wagyu A5 cooked by a professional chef in a private environment. The steaks will be paired with Sake and wine. The whole experience has been curated by expert butchers and a sake sommelier. It all happens in a speakeasy inside of an art gallery.
This is a multi-course lunch or dinner, paired with wine and/or sake. We use some of the finest steaks in the world. Guests will eat plenty of food.
Guests will meet at the Meat N' Bone butcher shop where they will learn a little bit about meats while talking to a butcher. Afterward, we walk over to "the art gallery" where we will be welcomed with a Sake Cocktail to relax the mood. Wine is also available as well as beer.
We step inside the painting (a big painting that is a door) into the dining room where we sit down at a large table.
We start with Nigiris made with Miyazaki-Gyu Sirloin, torched tableside.
Next up we try a delicious Olive Wagyu Carpaccio, made with rare Japanese A5 beef from Sodoshima Island.
After that, it is time to try some Beef Tartare made with Miyazaki-Gyu Sirloin.
After appetizers, it is time for steak!
We will cook a myriad of cuts in teppanyaki style.
We end up with delicious Japanese Pearl Drop Sorbet infused with Sake.
Every course is paired with Sake.
