Best bone marrow you could get at home
Another win here. We always get bone marrow if it’s on a menu, when I saw it here I had to try it. Wow! Super full, I actually threw them I to the smoker with my ribs at the end of the cook to have them ready at the same time. Simply sprinkled some kosher salt and let them smoke. Made a quick fresh chimichirri and toasted a few cut slices of sourdough bread. This is delicate and flavorful!
