Shipping policy

At Meat N’ Bone, we ship nationwide across the U.S. and offer local delivery in select areas of Florida. Just enter your address at checkout to view the available shipping and delivery options for your location.

ANY ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF OUR DELIVERY AREA IN FLORIDA WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS or FedEx.

90% of orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. However, depending on inventory availability order fulfillment may take longer. You will receive an email once your order is processed.

Your order will be handpicked, cut, sealed, and carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable ice packs to maintain your items in good condition for up to 72-90 hours. Please note items may lose vacuum sealing and/or may thaw during transit.

During December and other peak periods, we may require additional days to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays. Due to winter weather, and other events that are out of Meat N' Bone's control, deliveries may be delayed, and on-time delivery is out of Meat N' Bone's control. Outside of weather interference, we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery.

We ship all packages with “Signature Release,” which means that no signature is required for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We make every effort to ship most orders on a timely basis. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. We specifically encourage you to order prior to the week of THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS to avoid unexpected delays and stock-outs.

Shipping Prices

Orders are processed within 12–48 hours. Most ship the same day on business days; orders placed over weekends or holidays ship within the following business day.

🛫 SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Flat Rate / 2 Day
    Our most affordable option. Ships on a first-come, first-served basis via Ground or 2nd Day Air. Transit time is typically 2 days.

  • Overnight Shipping
    Fastest possible delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day. Friday shipments available only if weekend delivery is guaranteed—otherwise, they’ll ship Monday.

📦 FREE SHIPPING?

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will ship using Flat Rate or 2nd Day Air. Need a faster option? Upgrades are available for an additional fee—just let us know. Our team may upgrade at no extra cost for larger/seafood orders.

Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS/FedEx might not leave packages in open areas (apartment or condo complexes).
  • We do not currently ship to APO and other US Military locations due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • We do not ship Internationally due to customs laws.
  • Please double-check addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
  • for gifts, the billing customer is responsible to confirm gift recipients are available to accept deliveries. Be sure to double-check the addresses of your gift recipients.

Holiday Shipping & Special Occasions 

  • For special occasions, we recommend selecting a delivery date AT LEAST 1 week in advance to allow for any delays and to let your product thaw safely.

  • Many of our larger cuts (hams, prime rib, briskets) can take 3 to 4 days to completely thaw. Please plan accordingly and schedule shipments with enough time to safely thaw in the refrigerator.

Weekend Delivery

  • We now process orders for weekend delivery, if available in your market. FedEx Home Delivery may deliver anywhere in our Black and Red States Saturdays and Sundays. There is no additional cost for this service. In order to request Saturday delivery in any other market, there may be an up-charge. Please contact our shipping department.
  • Many of our larger cuts (hams, prime rib, briskets) can take 3 to 4 days to completely thaw. Please plan accordingly and schedule shipments with enough time to safely thaw in the refrigerator.
