We work extremely close with our supply chain to make sure our beef comes from the best cows. We don't believe the terms "grass fed" or "grain fed" provide enough information to consumers.
We sell USDA Prime and USDA Choice , we offer the top 7% of beef produced in the US.
Our Non-USDA inspected offerings are also of the highest quality. The Meat N' Bone Premium Reserve Beef are fed the highest quality grain: a balanced diet that is usually restricted to dairy cows. We don't nickel and dime when it comes to nutrition.
Our "grass fed" beef comes from Uruguay, where cattle roam on grassland all year long, fed on a vegetable protein basis, with no use of animal products or by-products.
BONE-IN TENDERLOIN FILET (FLANKEN STYLE)
This is one of those cuts that we take pride in. It is something you will most likely not find anywhere else.
Tenderloin is know for its tenderness, but not necessarily for its flavor. These bone-in pieces of tenderloin are cut flanken style and are EXTREMELY FLAVORFUL.

If you buy a Whole, Quarter or Half Beef you are consuming meat from a single animal. You are going to eat beef just like farmers do.
