Good but nothing special
The quality of chicken is good. Although I would have imagined for something more special. Maybe small local farm production. Not from a big company.

Meat N' Bone
This is the best commercial chicken program we have found, we have explored a few different ones... but there are logistical problems. We actually did a recent test run with a very good small family farm, but they were not able to package properly (vacuum seal), specially for whole birds... it would come on a ziploc vac which doesnt work for us. We can't repack for them as chicken cannot be processed on a beef facility. We will continue to search for upgrades but so far... Bell & Evans is the best chicken program to be found in the US.

Amazing quality chicken and chorizo

Deep Flavor
I roasted this chicken simply, high heat and then tenting. It was so full of flavor, and was really tender. I will definitely be ordering more or these chickens.
