This is one amazing Strip Steak, its Marble Score of 7+ means it is a richer and denser cut of steak. It has a gorgeous webbing of fat that will make you feel a creamy mouth-feel in each bite. Its literally like tasting a cloud... a cloud of beef.

Like all of our steaks, they come vacuum sealed and have been hand-cut by our expert butchers.

Like butter

Yes and that expression came out from my wife when she cut the first piece of wavy steak a bough from you guys.I cooked my steak in a 17 inches Blackstone griddle and only put sea salt.I sealed both sides and finished medium rare.Green salad ,and Rioja wine.Better than a restaurante.
