Our Heritage pork has ever given antibiotics, has been fed a 100% vegetarian, no added hormones, crate free, and has no artificial ingredients.

Our Pork is now sourced from Comfrey Farms, out of Minnesota. This program focuses on raising DUROC pork of the highest quality from 4 specific family farms. It is so high quality they actually certify the pedigree of each animal.
Comfrey farms works with only family farmers who follow stringent feed requirements, keeping these prized pigs healthy, comfortable and stress free.

Pork chop was so much thinner than I expected. Bone shards were in one of the chops that made it difficult to eat.
With that said- I love this business and will keep ordering.

These bone-in pork chops were full of flavor. They were also very moist. Most pork chops tend to be tough and dry out quickly when cooking. That was not the case with these. Marinated chops beforehand for a couple of hours, then grilled on each side and dinner was ready. Will buy again!!

These are the best pork chops... They have marbling... And extremely well trimmed.
I cooked them over the air fried, over a cayenne pepper, parmesan, salt, pepper, olive oil mixture. Simply FANTASTIC

Idk if its just me, but the pork chops at my local grocery have tasted odd for years, and they are usually butchered in crazy ways. I've missed what a really good broiled chop tastes like. So glad I found these and can have them delivered right to my door. I would upload a pic, but all that was left was a bare bone by the time I thought of that.
