Best pulled pork ever
I’m familiar with Duroc pork as it’s one of my go-to’s at my local butcher for pork chops and I’ve even made pork belly burnt ends that turned out amazing. First time using Duroc for a Boston butt though. And I was impressed! Simple rub, no injection, and a foil wrap towards the end of the cook and this beauty was juicy, pull apart tender and full of beautiful flavor! I will be buying this every time I make pulled pork. Guaranteed!!
