GREAT PORK BUTT
Wow...what a terrific piece of meat! We were looking for a pork shoulder/butt to do on our smoker and found Meat N Bone for the first time. So glad that we did. We cooked it for about 23 hours total at 125 degrees and it was absolutely perfect. The flavor, tenderness and moistness was fantastic. Can't wait to try one of your briskets next time we get our smoker out!
