DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Love octopus but don’t love the hassle of cooking it? Meet your new favorite seafood shortcut: our Spanish Octopus Tentacles (Arms), fully cooked, pasteurized, and individually quick frozen (IQF) for ultimate convenience.
Each pack comes with two perfectly tender arms, averaging about 6.5 oz each (approximately 13 oz total per pack), so you can enjoy restaurant-quality octopus at home without boiling, tenderizing, or guessing. Just thaw, give them a quick sear or grill, and they’re ready to enjoy.
These octopus are wild-caught, harvested responsibly from the pristine waters of Spain, and prepared in Cádiz. Gently cooked sous-vide style and then pasteurized, these octopus tentacles lock in all the natural flavor, tenderness, and nutrients.
Once thawed, the tentacles stay fresh in your fridge for days, making them an easy option for quick meals or entertaining. Slice and serve chilled as tapas, or give them a quick sear or grill for a smoky, Mediterranean touch.

Made a pasta with the Spanish octopus tentacles. So tender and no weird smell. I will buy more.

One thing about Octopus is that you want the tentacles frozen because the water freezing inside the meat freezing tenderizes it. This product was 10 out of 10 on taste, tenderness and I'd buy again.

First time I tried these a few weeks ago, slathered in high quality olive oil then grilled for 6 minutes. Results were outstanding. Flavor, texture perfect! Cut into chunks and mixed with fresh greens salad. Expensive as **** but a treat to find such good stuff.
