This is a 12Oz Wagyu-Angus cross breed steak. Full of flavor and EXTREMELY tender. This product has been aged for 14+ Days to improve tenderness and flavor.

Recommended Doneness: Medium-Rate, Medium, Medium-Well

Best Cooked: Grilled, pan-seared, broiled with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

Greaaat!

Really nice luxury products from you folks. I hope you do well because your stuff is worth the price and everyone there is very friendly. It would be cool to find out about more exotic cuts of meats that fly under the radar (like the ribeye caps--which were awesome).

Fantastic All Around

I’m so happy my personal assistant discovered Meat n Bone. They consistently have the most succulent beef ribs and the best high quality New York Strip I have had in a ling time. In my case the local availabilty and/or delivery is just incredible easy and relaible. Thank you for existing!
