Our wagyu beef tongue is sourced from Colorado, where some of the best domestic Wagyu beef in the US is produced. If you like beef tongue, there is simply no better quality than this wagyu beef tongue!
Pickled or slowly braised, beef tongue is a classic eastern European delicacy. Cow tongue meat/lengua meat is also the star of the popular Mexican dish, 'tacos de lengua' (tongue tacos).
Tongue meat is rich in calories and fatty acids, as well as zinc, iron, choline, and vitamin B12. as well as folate; the vitamin in organ meats considered beneficial for fertility.
