This is as close as you can get to Wagyu A5 without paying an exorbitant price. This award winning Australian BMS9 steak is the best steak we have been able to source out of Australia.

These steaks have been positioned in the market as a luxury items as a result of their world-class genetics. Our Australian Wagyu has won multiple awards including the Gold Medal for Branded Beef at the 2019 Queensland Food and Wine Show.

Like all of our steaks, they come vacuum sealed and have been hand-cut by our expert butchers.

HOW DO I COOK IT?

You can make the New York Strip in the oven, grill or stove. You can also smoke it. We recently made a video of cooking our New York Strips topped with Bone Marrow.

    Must do again!

    This was the first time I have finally tried Wagyu steak and I loved it! Was so juicy and flavorful and I understand why the prices are the way they are. I will recommend to anyone and everyone to try Wagyu steak at least once in their lives.

    Decent steaks but I'm not sure what I received

    I ordered two of these steaks. One had a "wagyu" label on it, the other had no label at all. They also looked like different cuts. I contacted Gabriel in customer service. He asked if the weights were different. Since I had already eaten the steaks and there was no label with a weight on the wrapper, I did not know. This is what he had to say:

    > The reason why I was asking for weights was because the pictures looked a bit different. It looks like you received 2 Wagyu BMS6-7 instead of the Wagyu Angus Cross.

    > I escalated this to our shipping department as this is something that really does not happen. I truly apologize for the inconvenience, but it looks like it may have been a human error... We do have checks in place to avoid this from happening and the team is evaluating this.
