These Wild Boars are sourced directly from trappers throughout the Texas hill country. Our Wild Boar are humanely trapped and transported under the supervision of a trained Veterinarian for harvest at our species specific plant to ensure minimal stress. Since the Boars are truly wild, they are entirely free-range, with no added hormones, steroids, or antibiotics.
Their natural diet includes nuts, fruits, roots, and tubers creating a unique flavor profile than that of domestic pork.

Wild Boar Ribs wer a Hit!
Really delicious. Different than pork St. Louis Ribs. Tremendous FLAVOR ... really good eating. MeatnBone has done it AGAIN! We have had two Suckling Piglets, The Porchetta and now the Wild Boar Ribs. Next up is the Iberico Baby Back Ribs. All done on the Weber Kettle. We used Jealous Devil Charcoal. CAME OUT GREAT!

Best Ribs Ever!
I love these ribs so much! I don't know what else to say except that I wish I was wealthy and could afford to purchase them every single month. Nonetheless, I will be back to buy more! They are lean and succulent. Thank you for a wonderful product!

Amazing flavor
By itself cooking in the oven, the meat has it's own Smokey flavor to it and tore apart so easily. Can't wait to get another one and actually smoke it on my grill.
