Very Good
The meat is very tender. The fat content is deceiving in the sense that upon looking at it, it seems ultra fresh which is usually a slimy texture, instead this didn't have that at all. It had a great texture and tasted very good.

The lomo is very good. Next best thing to being in Spain. Meat N’ Bone has very good service.
