Delicious Iberico Bone-In Double Pork Chop
The Meat N' Bone Iberico Bone-In Double Pork Chop was just delicious. We cooked it in a cast iron pan with some ****** olive oil, a whole garlic clove, rosemary and thyme. Just amazing.
Truly amazing pork
Much like the Iberico tenderloin, this is the best pork available. The double chop is really, really, good - highly recommended. Sometimes I pan sear and finish in the oven, this time grilled over hardwood charcoal w/mesquite. Perfect!

Love the Iberico pork chops. Incredible flavor, tender and delicious. As they are very thick, I pan seared in a hot cast iron pan then finished in a 350° oven. Pulled at 125° and rested for ten minutes.

This is the Waygu of pork chops! Best pork chop I have ever eaten.
Double chop
First time to try it - grilled then stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese. It was delicious! Side of pasta with truffles
