Best pork chop ever!
So tender and flavorful. Cut it in two down the middle, seasoned with sea salt and pepper, and then cooked on a cast iron pan. Used a bit of olive oil but probably wasn’t even necessary because the meat was nice and fatty. Left a lot of tasty juices in the pan, even a bit left over to fry eggs in the next morning (super tasty).
