When we cut it into perfect sized filets, there are left-over pieces that we turn into kebabs and THEY ARE PERFECT .

Amazing quality of meat. I have marinated the meat with some seasonig and put it in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Than you can cut, cook and use it for doing some tasty tacos
Made a nice healthy dish with brown rice and carrots!
We made Beef Stroganoff with the tenderloin kebab beef. We did cut the pieces smaller but the beef made the dish! So tender & full of flavor!
