Love Wagyu
I sliced my cuts at a half inch then vacuum sealed them. While doing this the skillet was calling my name so a little pepper and salt and wham we are good. Awesome meat and company service. I was a previous buyer from Crowd Cow until their customer service let me down, thanks for being a great service organization. Sincerely Jeff
Love it
I love that these guys offer whole tenderloin, perfect for big parties. And it's the best meat on the planet. I used the scraps for steak and eggs the next couple days after the party. And I kept the fat for making tallow. Total win, will buy from these guys again
Creme de la creme
This is by far the best quality meat I've ever had well worth the money spent. Verry professional and made sure my experience was perfect. I have recomended them and will continue to from here on out. Look forward to trying other cuts of meat.
Looks promising but......
I received the product on Thursday, for context I am writing this on the next Saturday. It arrived on time and was completely frozen. I have not defrosted it yet, as I am out of town this weekend. My first impression is that the size is amazing, however I have purchased multiple A5 Wagyu tenderloins over the past two years. All of them came with a certification of authenticity with details on the age of the cow, location, grading details, etc and date of processing. All that was included with this $1500 purchase was a sticker on the meat with no details. I am very dissappointed in this level of detail for a fine piece of beef. It is not the standard in the business, I would want to produce the certificate to my customers.
Excellent meat 🥩
The meat is extremely tender and flavorful. The cut was on the high side of the weight range (~20% was large fat swaths that I rendered, which yielded ~24oz of tallow). Though the meat is delicious, tender, and well marbled, I was expecting more marbling (as shown in the photo).
