Very good...... LARGE pieces, long burn, great aroma and flavor

Just yesterday I had some chicken leg quarters defrosted, and decided it was perfect opportunity to test my new charcoal. Once I lit the charcoal it smelled delicate, yet robust. I am not sure how to properly describe the aroma, but it was more than pleasing to the nose. The flavor however is just perfect. It was not too overwhelming, nor was it too underwhelming. The smoke flavor penetrated the chicken down to the bone. It burned clean and hot with some sparks, but nothing crazy. I've tasted hickory, mesquite, oak, pecan, and even quebracho charcoal and will say that this is the best tasting one of all and I will keep coming back for more.
