2 African Tiger Prawns per package (each tiger prawn will weigh 0.4 - 0.6 Lbs)
These MONSTROUS tiger prawns are wild caught off the coast of Africa. They are U2; the largest denomination that is sold commercially. This is the Monster Tomahawk steak of the sea. Are there bigger Prawns in the sea? Yes - very few and they may sink your boat. You can either buy them at Meat N' Bone or fish them out from the Nautilus.
Let's put it this way; these giant tiger prawns are as heavy as most lobster tails you will find.
They are frozen whole, head, shell-on and tail on. Great for creative cooks or to cook on the grill alongside a Tomahawk steak.
These wild tiger prawns present a buttery texture and firmness that makes them ideal for sautéing, BBQ'ing, shrimp cocktails, or anything else you can think of.
100% natural - no chemicals or preservatives.
HOW TO THAW?
Overnight in the refrigerator. Keep it simple.

They were tasty, like a lobster and collosal put together, exquisite.
Grass fed butter and fresh chopped minced garlic rubbed on prawns and baked at 400* for 15 minutes will give you life from life 🧬

These prawns are excellent. Very meaty and huge. They only took about 5 minutes to cook butterflied. I will definitely be ordering them again! The picture is a 9x13 pan and i set my beer at the edge for size comparison

I did a quickie and made giant shrimp cocktail. I was afraid they would be like lobsters in that bigger isn't better, but, they are as tasty as I have had and snappy as they should be. One thing. They are over a half a pound whole as described but once cleaned and shelled under a quarter.
