We love Octopus, but it can be a challenge to cook it right. Making Carpaccio out of it is even more complicated. Our chefs are experts at cooking Octopus, so we decided to do an Octopus Carpaccio.
This carpaccio comes Vacuum sealed and frozen (thaws out in under an hour). So it's VERY convenient to buy as an appetizer, dinner or to take to the boat or park.
OCTOPUS CARPACCIO?
Carpaccio is a dish of meat or fish, thinly sliced or pounded thin, and served raw, usually as an appetizer. It was invented in 1950 by Giuseppe Cipriani from Harry's Bar in Venice and popularized during the second half of the twentieth century.
SPANISH OCTOPUS
Our Octopus is sourced from Spain, where it is wild caught and tenderized with salt and a good tumbling. They are super flavorful and fresh.
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw slowly under refrigeration. It will thaw out quickly as it is cut very thinly.

What a better time to recive this order. It was our hottest day this year.
The octpus was ideal for eating at that time. I have a feeling some folks will be discourged if they get otopus at grocery . I say this because some of the folks loved it and had never easten octopus. I highly recomend it to others. ( I am a customer)

So easy to take this out of the freezer a few hours before dinner and then right before you eat it put on some lemon or olive oil or spicy chili oil and chives or parsley. Shipped quickly, arrived frozen; I’ve ordered this multiple times and love it.
