DESCRIPTION

Veal chops are a thick and meaty bone-in cut that are great for broiling, roasting, or grilling. The key for cooking these finger-licking cuts is to hit medium-rare. If you cook them to well-done the meat will be dry.

What Is Veal Meat?

Veal is the meat of calves, in contrast to the beef from older cattle which is what we usually sell. Most veal calves are processed at about 10-12 months, as opposed to adult steers, which are typically processed at around 22 months.

Veal is a natural by-product of the dairy industry; cows must give birth to calves to continually produce milk. Veal has a light color, a fine texture, a smooth taste and is more tender. Veal is "naturally and legally hormone free.

    Best Chops Ever

    Special Dinners with friends require special ingredients. There is only one place where I buy my meats from that is Meat n' Bone. The quality of their veals chops were amazing, The evening dinner was a hit ! Thank you so much and love the home delivery service!

    Best Ever Veal Chops!

    Thick and juicy with lots of flavor! Grill for 5 mins each side and let rest for 5 mins for medium rare!

    Veal Chops

    I was skeptical of paying so much for frozen meat but it turned out fantastic. The veal chops were good portions and perfectly packaged. I grilled them and finished with garlic, olive oil and herbs. Better than restaurants. Will definitely order again.

    Only one way to describe your veal chops and it’s “Out-of-this-world”. Thise was the best veal chop I have ever bought or ordered in a restaurant. Perfect cut, perfect fat content and perfect taste. Veal is tje other white meat for those who don’t eat pork.

    We've been searching a veal chop cut similar to the one on our favorite restaurant. We finally found it!!

    These veal chops were tender, thick and juicy. Perfectly grill made an excellent pre-Valentine dinner a success. Now we can eat at home the same quality if we were going out to dinner.
