This Tuna Tataki is marinated overnight in a special secret marinade, then bathed in sesame seeds and seared. It comes ready to eat, plated and vacuum sealed. Its VERY convenient to buy as an appetizer, dinner or to take to the boat or park.

Like Red Meat Tuna is strictly graded, the highest grade is #01... but you can find Tuna that grades #2+, #2, and #3. The grade is meant to guide pricing and fairness and takes into account five factors: Appearance (how fresh does it look?), Size/Shape (Loin size), Color (looking for an exact degree of red in the bloodline and tail), Texture and Fat content.

Incredible taste and smell!
This tuna was amazing. The sesame seeds had this toasted smell that made them taste so great. Definitely recommend!

Saving for a Special Occasion
I received my order of Tuna Tataki in a quick turn around of my order. The tuna dish looks perfect and I froze it until a relative of mine comes to town. But I am really looking forward to consuming it with family.

It was ok
Thought it was expensive for what it was. I can get the same thing at Bonefish grill much cheaper. The shipping cost makes it pretty expensive.

Very Good!
The tuna was nicely seasoned and the slices were cooked to perfection. Each slice was very tasty and the tuna a good quality! I just wish it had come with Wasabi! Will definitely order again.

Tuna Tataki
It was just okay in my opinion. It tasted fine, but the consistency of the tuna seems off. Broke apart in stead of staying in one piece. The wasabi sauce however, is to die for! Absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend.
