These were perfect! Long bones are not easy to find near me and these arrived pretty quickly. Used them to make some bone marrow butter for a prime rib and it was a showstopper! Full of marrow, not just bone.

I’ve been on a hunt for some good quality and canoe cut bone marrow. Searched high and low between various grocery stores and even local and out of state butcher shops. My search has finally come to an end-after discovering Meat and Bone!! Their bone marrow was packaged and shipped perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in their products and truly care about satisfying their customers. I roasted my bone marrow and mixed it with homemade Chimichurri sauce. Paired it with NY Strip with a side of roasted baby potatoes and grilled broccolini. And of course I had to spread some bone marrow goodness on top of baguette. What an amazing dinner…all thanks to Meat and Bone! I would absolutely recommend this product as well as this company.
