    Chef Chucho Rojas is a celebrated Venezuelan chef, renowned for his fusion of cultural influences and dedication to healthy eating. His culinary journey began at the age of nine and continued at the esteemed Gregoire Ferrandi school in Paris. He also contributed as a researcher for the French Academy of Sciences under Hervé This.

    Chef Rojas’s career spans Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, including Au Cocodrille, La Vieille Enseigne, and Serge & Co. Recently, he has mentored emerging chefs on Master Chef for Latin America, led restaurant projects, and provided consultations for new gastronomic ventures.
