To Serve: Ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.
Oven warming: If you prefer to gently warm, preheat oven to 275°F. Cover ham tightly with foil and heat 20 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature 120°F. Do not over heat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
Tip: This ham is uniformly spiral sliced to, and around, the bone for your serving convenience. To separate from the bone, use a tip of a knife to make a lengthwise cut between the slices and bone.
About Niman Ranch
Niman Ranch was founded by Bill Niman in the early 1970s on a family-owned cattle ranch in Bolinas, CA, a small coastal town just north of San Francisco. Their cattle were raised using traditional, humane methods with wholesome, all-natural feeds – the same way they raise them today. It soon became locally renowned, and today, their network includes more than 740 family farmers and ranchers throughout the country. They all share the commitment to raising livestock under strict protocols and the belief that humane and sustainable methods produce the best possible flavor. Their mission is earnest: raise livestock traditionally, humanely and sustainably, to produce the finest tasting meat in the world.

I decided to order this ham for Christmas dinner. Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. Most of all, my entire family loved the ham. First time we have had very few leftovers. I will continue to order from Meat & Bone.

We heated it using the glaze and added cloves, pineapple and cherries. Tasted a little dry and too tender almost grainy out of the oven. Didn’t care for it. Could have been sweeter. I think I’d use more honey in the glaze. It was excellent cold though. Very little fat except at the outer edge. Overall I would get it again. Best online ham I have gotten and I have had several over the years

The ham was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone at the table was blown away by the flavor and moistness. I did make a pineapple gravy to drizzle over it.
