A top sirloin steak is a cut of beef that comes from the sirloin region of the cow. It is a relatively lean cut of meat that is tender and flavorful. The top sirloin steak is located in the upper portion of the sirloin and is typically larger and thicker than other sirloin steaks. It is often referred to as a boneless sirloin steak because it does not contain any bones.
Top sirloin steak is a versatile cut of meat that can be grilled, broiled, or pan-seared to your desired level of doneness. It has a robust beefy flavor and a slightly firmer texture than other steaks such as ribeye or tenderloin. The top sirloin is a popular choice for steak lovers who prefer a leaner cut of meat with a good balance of tenderness and flavor.
Our top sirloin steaks are very similar to a baseball steak, except that the shape of the muscle allows us to cut and trim these steaks so they look very similar to a Filet Mignon. While these steaks are not as tender as the filet, they are extremely flavorful.
