Very impressed
I have only broken this down so far, but I got 9 3/4 lb steaks and a nice roast. The steaks are well marbled and I can't wait to cook a couple of steaks.

Great steak

Prime NY striploin
Hard to find whole cuts of either **** or Ribeye in the national mail order steak market. I like to cut it thick but even Omaha Steaks dont do whole.
