A first for Meat N' Bone, we are offering pre-cooked BBQ ribs using heritage pork. They were marinated on our BBQ sauce for days, then cooked low and slow for over 12 hours.
How to Cook Pre-Cooked Tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Thaw: For best results, thaw the ribs in the refrigerator overnight.
Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
Bake: Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake. If the ribs are at room temperature, bake for 10 minutes. If they are still cold from the refrigerator, bake for 20 minutes.
Broil: Carefully remove the foil and transfer the ribs back to the oven. Broil on high for 5 minutes, or until the BBQ sauce caramelizes and the edges are beautifully crisp.
