ο»ΏWHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?
Kangaroo has a bold, earthy flavor with a mild hint of gaminess. It isn't as flavorsome as venison, but is stronger than lamb or beef. The dark red flesh is very lean and is comparable to chicken or rabbit. When cooked correctly, the meat will be tender, more so than that of deer.

But, it is a tasty burger and something worth trying.

I have not eaten the burgers yet. The only thing I would change, is make each burger individually wrapped. That would allow me to unthaw one at a time.
