Just make sure to cook them slowly, over indirect heat. They are better when they are crunchy. Its pretty hard to get them wrong. Better overcooked than undercooked.

Delicious!
Not too salty and very juicy. Easy to cook. Good option for appetizers. I paired it with cheese and their homemade chimichurri and it was a hit.
