The Ribeye is cut from the rib of the animal, and has a circular shaped chunk of meat encased in a thin layer of gristle just off the bone.
Ribeye presents excellent marbling, loaded with flavor and remains tender during most any cooking process.

Amazing shipments- every time
Amazing -mostly beef/ Alaskan salmon customer here… not one piece of this has been less than fresh as a daisy clean meat/fish smell when unwrapped, securely dry iced and gaippied with cool packs, and choice pieces that have cooked up deliciously order after order. Never spent more than 3/400 and people do nothing but rave about my steaks and salmon. I’ve been ordering for years and I’m going to keep on doing it. It’s not that much, really, and of course, trust you will NEVER find huge ribeyes like they have here, at Publix.
