DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Our Calamari Rings & Tentacles are wild-caught and cleaned with care — delivering the perfect balance of tenderness and texture in every bite. This is not the rubbery stuff you find in freezer aisles. These are chef-grade calamari, ideal for frying, grilling, sautéing, or adding to pasta and paella.
These Calamari are sourced from Rhode Island, loligo squid.
Each pack includes a mix of hand-cut rings and whole tentacles, ensuring a visually striking plate and a true-to-form flavor experience. Flash-frozen at peak freshness and vacuum-sealed to preserve quality, this is squid done right.

How to Cook It
Calamari should be cooked fast and hot (under 2 minutes) or slow and low (braised or stewed for 30+ min). Anything in between leads to a rubbery texture.
Fried Calamari (Classic):
-
Thaw and pat dry.
-
Dredge in seasoned flour or breadcrumb mix.
-
Fry at 375°F for 1–2 minutes until golden.
-
Serve with lemon, marinara, or aioli.
Grilled or Sautéed:
-
Marinate with olive oil, garlic, and parsley (optional).
-
Grill or sauté on high heat for 1–2 minutes per side.
-
Don’t overcook — calamari gets tough quickly if left on heat too long.
Add to Dishes:
Perfect for seafood pasta, risotto, paella, or chilled seafood salads.
