    A must have!

    Salt is the best ingredient to premium quality meats. I went ahead and I did a Salted Oven Picanha (like a Branzino) using this salt. IT WAS AWESOME!

    Always, always use this.

    Learnt this from my travels to Argentina. This is all you need. I prefer to salt it 20 minutes before putting it on the grill. That’s it, nothing else, your meat is so good, the taste is natural, just salt baby!
