Delicious Roasted Pork Shoulder with PIG Rub

Generously rubbed into a 5 lb pork shoulder, put it in my cast iron skillet for about 5 hours and absolutely delicious and super easy. Then you have multiple options with the meat, but sneaking off some crispy bits with this rub was great!
